Each application must include a letter of recommendation from two teachers with a recommendation form located on the website. Also another two letters of recommendation from adults who are not teachers, relatives or fellow students along with the recommendation form from the website. A copy of your academic transcript must be emailed from your school counselor to applications@foxscholars.info. A transcript request form is located on the website for assitance with the request.
